Tony Koechli

Anton (Tony) Koechli has over twenty years of experience in corporate consulting, specializing in turnaround situations. He has managed global sales forces for international companies, accelerating and expanding his clients’ markets, as well as establishing U.S. subsidiaries for his European clients.  Mr. Koechli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from GSBA in Switzerland.  He has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, lean manufacturing practices and exit planning strategies. Mr. Koechli’s proficiencies are well augmented by his domestic and international affiliations.

Allen Veach

Allen Veach has over 30 years of corporate experience, including executive level sales and marketing management of two separate Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he has owned and operated his own startup companies in the fields of executive recruiting, consulting, manufacturing and sales. He has built national brands from scratch and he has conducted the successful sale of his own company. Mr. Veach has a Bachelor of Science for the Ohio State University, and has benefited from many advanced management training programs over the years.
